Wow.. either kids are big spenders or Visa is a dumbass company

Again, from another article I ran across on boingboing.net

Apparently, a teenager was charged $23 quadrillion dollars at a CVS pharmacy. Then, since she went over her limit, Visa charged her for an overage fee.
